I did it. Loved the climbing idea in the social area. It was painfully annoying since the collision box for your Guardian/jump is broke as shit!
But nevertheless, I got it. Just a bonfire up there. Sat down. Chilled with others. Then climbed up the invisible wall/boundary limit and then jumped off.

Getting off was the hard bit, trying to teach my hunter to swan dive, kept respawning me at the top, orbited to exit

It wasn't hard at all. I'm really good at platforming and I use a scuf so it was honestly a cake walk.

2 RepliesIt was odd. I fell and died four times in the same spot before I turned to the right and saw the campfire. Didn't know that I was already at the top!

Went really close on my first try and got disconnected... Never tried again so far.

I just did it and let me just say my friends and I had a rage fun filled experience. Someone at bungie has a sick sense of humor.

That cluster is going to stay there, tried for a little while, but when I died it respawned me half way down from where I was everytime. Not worth the frustration for me. Annoying as hell with the horrible, horrible collision box, blam that shit.

Fun fact: as soon as I got there, another titan stood exactly before the fragment, and I feared I could not collect it. Both having him standing there and thinking the fragment was out of my reach due to his presence promptly gave me an immediate instinct to shove him down the mountain. However, I saw he was not in the menu, and he was probably taking some shots from the peek's peek, (it's awesome to see how long the ascent is - once you reach it, that is), so I left him there and took a selfie with him while swinging a bat.
