No ones helping me and this is off this topic but I preordered roi as soon as it was available for preorder on Xbox and it still says requirements not met and I do not have a code can someone kindly help?

Go into my games and apps, press start on destiny go to manage game and see if the dlc has installed. If it has installed might be worth deleting and reinstalling it

Happened to me too. Check your installations and make sure that roi is installed and not in the "Ready to be installed" area. For me, roi was already installed and it still wasn't working so I just turned the Xbox off and back on and it worked, so good luck!

Did it download fully? Is it in your queue? Place in the help forum and see if you get any help. Try a hard reset?

It already says installed, do you think it would help if I uninstalled it and reinstall it?
