Red Spectre Buff?
Did anyone notice an increase in RoF and a decrease in impact on the Red Spectre following the most recent patch? I could have sworn the last time I looked at it, the RoF was medium and the impact was slightly higher.

It was probably meant to look like it does now, the same way Eirene showed more impact than it was supposed to.
