Thanks for all the replies folks. Well, except for you Monty. You suck. I finally managed to find it. Apparently, in order for the digital DL version to show up in the MS store, you have to be logged in. Otherwise it just says 'not available' or 'only available in bundle' and redirects you to the bundle.
