When ever I try to join my friend's fireteam or have her join mine we get an error message saying "Unable to join the target player. Please try again." My friends are able to join each other without a problem. I have confirmed that I have an active PlayStation Plus account. Last attempt was made at 2:23 PM mountain time while my friends where in orbit (not matchmaking or anything else that blocks joining). I am on a PS4 and any help will be much appreciated.
