Destiny Rise of Iron Dynamic Theme won't download

I'm so hyped about the release in just 5 days so i preordered Rise of Iron today, then i tried to download the Pre-order theme but i just won't download, even after restore licenses, what can i do?

Same exact issue... why is there no response anywhere online or on the forums? If there is one I cannot locate it.
