My point was not if they have been working on those easues or not. But as why they didn't implemented it on the game instead of private matches.

Private matches have been asked for since the alpha.

No. Because those game modes where not in the alpha and we didn't know how they would work.

You are right, not from the alpha but . But from the very early after release. The question is what would have made Destiny a richer experience for the community. Sure PM will be a blast at the beginning , but so did team chat in PvP , but it will fade away and only YouTube and streamers will even care. Whilst other features will have a bigger impact in bringing new and old players in to Destiny.

Old raids will come. But I would prefer them to work on new stuff. It's not like you can't play the old raids. As for match making for night fall and raids. Have you seen the jokers you get in strikes.
