Chroma is missing from Gear Manager inventory with 2.4
If you view your character inventory from your Legend, you will see that Chroma is still in the inventory, example: http://i.imgur.com/ZRcRzRI.png
If you view your character inventory from the Gear Manager, the Chroma is all gone, example: http://i.imgur.com/epdoLcI.png
The latter also affects 3rd party sites/apps like Destiny Item Manager and Ishtar Commander. (I think) It seems Ishtar moved them to Weapons on iOS, but on Android they seems to be gone.
