I mean I'm not angry but I'm not happy either. Just seems like Bungie went out of their way to take a weapon that already has limited usability and drop it down even further and to make it worse it just came out of the blue. Also doesn't help that ToM really could have used some help in the fact that Touch of Mercy really doesn't feel like it does jack shit to help counter the health damage you take. Kinda why Blessing of Light was so nice with ToM because ya know it actually helped the gun overall, but even then it was still heavily situational and required the use of a super. All in all, I just don't know. Like I would have atleast given ToM something before I just went out of my way to say "Yo we heard you like making this gun have some viability in PvE, lets just shit on that RQ."(seriously lets face it the number of people who use ToM in PvE barely exist outside of Kings Fall and as far as I know ToM is nonexistent in Crucible save for the few people who use it seriously and/or to just goof off with it.)
