Yeah, and with all that stuff, we got pointless weapon nerfs, pointless ability nerfs, laggy PvP, and a poor loot system where you have to excessively wrestle a bad random number generator to find the one specific item or perk roll you're looking for (which you could totally just never find at all and get screwed over completely no matter how hard you grind).
Bungie may have good intentions, but it's always one step forward and two steps back in what they do to the game, and that's the real reason why players are frustrated with them.
Sounds like you need to chill out and think a little more before posting next time.

Most of the weapon & ability nerfs came after the community complained about them. We also used to be able to reroll our weapons until the community whined about the best perks.

Sounds like if you hate it so much then go play something else. People always want to complain about something...
-
They complain because they want to see Destiny become a better game.

I hear you, but to point out a couple things: 1. I know the grind is painful but if you honestly got the exact gun and roll you wanted immediately most people would have no reason to keep playing. 2. Keep in mind "the grass is always greener on the other side" theory. A lot of things people have asked for they got but still complained because it wasn't as great as they thought it would be. I'm just saying people should try and be a little less toxic and enjoy the game they do have a bit more. The thing I see here the most that drives me mad is seeing people bash others for being happy about a particular change or update. In the end we should all just go have fun, if the game isn't fun anymore then move on.

I'm not saying people should immediately find what they want, but it also shouldn't be potentially impossible to find what you want after months of grinding. Regardless of what you say, the game still has a ton of problems, and I hope people continue to thoroughly complain about Destiny's legitimate flaws so that the devs know what's up and they can attempt to make the proper adjustments. I side with the whiners on this one. Sitting on our hands and saying "oh well, better abandon the game" isn't helpful or constructive at all.

I'm not saying sit on your hands, but if you look back half of what people are whining about are problems caused by whiners. Not to mention when you comment those things on someone else's post who happens to be content with the current game you aren't telling the devs anything. If anything at all you're bumping his/her post up so they will see that post of "all is good" and not likely your comment. I would t be surprised if Cozmo looked at these forums as a waste of energy since the vast majority of what happens here is whining instead of constructive, fact based feedback. Some examples of whiners whining about problems caused by whiners: - Thorn sucks, thorn gets buff. Thorn too Op, thorn gets nerf Thorn still too OP, gets another nerf Thorn is coming back... Nerf it again before the community whines... - Last word and hawk moon too OP, nerf What the heck, why do I have ghost bullets - Shotguns are too OP, merged to the ground Shotguns suck now because I have to get too close. I'll snipe - Snipers too OP, nerf add lots of flinch (by request of community) What the heck snipers suck now Oh look shotguns are good (no buff needed) I'm just using you as an example that I try and push out to many. Let's cut back on the whining, increase the constructive feedback, and try and avoid ruining the experience for those who do like/ enjoy things the way they are. Obviously there are issues that need to be fixed but others are a problem to sum and are not to others. Others are enjoyable to sum and a perceived problem to others. Bungie will never satisfy everyone, so let's try and cut back on the toxicity. Sorry for the wall of text
