I ordered my parcel before July 18th 2016, the tracking originally had no info when checked but recently it has appeared, it showed that it had been attempted delivery on 31st august 2016 at 4am, which did not happen, it then said location was in the united kingdom but didnt specify where. I rang USPS which advised me it was transfered to my local royal mail office in the uk. i rang them and they told me it was at nottingham royal mail not the one near me, so its at a different city that does not have a contact number available and does not deliver to me and i was told theres no way i can get intouch with them and to contact the sender... bungie. I rang royal mail again later and they told me it was collected by the person at the wrong address and signed for. There is NO contact but an email for bungie which i have heard nothing back from. therefore i have lost my shirt, i want to talk to bungie but i cant find a number. i am disgusted with bungies in game and out of game service.

I would contact the customer service for the Bungie Store. I don't think you'd be able to accomplish that much on the forums.
