Exotic effect not working
So I have my exotic faction class item equip my character spawns into the game or the tower but no effect wtf I put in time for this item and now it's a dud it's just like all the rest of the useless armor you get in this game wtf

I noticed it when my sister played. There was no red flash. as for dead orbit idk, never notice that one half the time either way
