fix the ghost bullets , the bloom s#it is dumb. the crucible has enough problems without the added bloom ,ghost rounds crap again ppl disagree when I say this but you are working with CoD guys and they got guns right . make base line stat guns in each class that just look different then all you have to do is figure out how crazy you want exotics to be, how many ppl get them , and how to get them...... and for the competitive normal PvP you might want to have the matches disable the exotic perks and for IB have them enabled or a standard game mode with exotic perks enabled ... if waiting to long for IB is too long
