This is the dojo official bio page! Feel free to copy your stuff from the old group and post it here if you need to. If you are new, make your bio here! What is a bio?: You Bio describes who your character is and what they can do. Upon joining, please make a bio for your character. Before making your character, know that olden day characters(such as medieval characters) will likely be trumped by superior technology as well as future tech. The dojo is based in the present day. [b]Bio[/b]: Originating from Earth, Kenshiro grew up under a wealthy business man, who had hoped to one day have his son take over and reign the corporate industry. He also wanted his son to study traditional Japanese martial arts, marking his talent and to develop a good character, however Kenshiro took an interest in Medical studies, disappointing his father causing them to have a strained relationship. Nonetheless, Kenshiro challenged his father using his deceased mother as an incentive to show proof that he was capable of being successful his own way and how he himself controlled his own life, where his father wagered he would drop out of med school. Unfortunately, his father was approached by the Yakuza and when he refused cooperation, they assassinated him. Kenshiro however failed to fulfill his promise, as he was distracted with the goal of avenging his father. He utilized the decades of training to hone his skills as he acted as a ruthless vigilante operating within Tokyo who mercilessly disrupted business with the Yamaguchi-gumi Yakuza. At some point, he came across two time travelers who were from different periods of time in which the three formed an unlikely alliance. As they were apprehended, they were branded Outlaws, in which Kenshiro remarked as a "good name". Since then his team leader, Hydell, has transported him to this realm to scout it out. [b]Personality[/b]: Quick-witted and funny, Kenshiro has the attitude of an immature teenager. The irony of being a ninja archetype is his extroverted and talkative personality where he generally makes references to modern pop-culture. He tends to come off as a dick to most but that is due to his nature of having little to no friends growing up in his childhood. Inside he feels that he a broken man, trying to redeem his honor and family actions by doing what he believes to be the right thing. [b]Skills[/b]: [u]Surgical Precision[/u]- Being in med school, he knows the structure of the human anatomy capable of performing quick, clean, and pinpoint incisions. Gauntlets and greaves are reinforced to counter bladed or blunt weaponry. Features an active cloak feature enabling him to be invisible for a limited amount of time but requires a cool down. Chaos energy is known for being extremely hard to control, but Pan shows no signs of losing control. She uses it as if it were a toy, with no responsibility, but Pan also shows extreme precision and mastery over chaos by having far more control than most chaos energy users. As a chaos energy manipulator her powers may seem similar to the magic of mages, but none of her chaos manipulation uses any sort of mana and aren't affected by anything that would usually affect mana based magic. Also, because of the way chaos energy manipulation works it's impossible to simply copy the manipulation because it takes a certain connection to chaos that few people have and even then the connection is different for everyone.[/spoiler] [b]How to beat her because people can't f*cking think and figure things out...sorry.[/b] [spoiler]She won't really fight back much and although she shows no sign of taking damage her chaos only protects her so much before she's defenseless.           [i]A character, gifted upon me by a friend. He shall be missed.[/i] Name: Balthazar Age: 432 years old. Sex: Old man with a bad temper. Height: 12'7 Appearance: [spoiler]Clad in chrome steel armor, Balthazar towers over most opponents with his massive twelve-foot tall stature. When in battle, he favors wearing a massive helmet shaped like the roaring maw of a Blackbear, the face meant to intimidate his enemies. Outside of battle, Balthazar reveals his cheery and wrinkled face, tanned and weathered throughout his many years of life. He has no hair left on the top of his head, but a braided beard two feet in length compensates for the bald dome. Usually smiling, he has large dimples that crease on the sides of his eyes and mouth accentuating his northern facial structure.[/spoiler] Backstory: [spoiler]Balthazar was a gifted warrior who fought for nothing but the joy of combat. He was dishonorable in his techniques and used trickery and deceit to defeat his opponents. As he grew older, his fighting style matured along with his personality, and he tired of fighting without reason. As he grew older, he realized the inevitable: he would die without having made a positive mark on the world. He searched for ages, trying to find a cause to put himself behind until he was practically on his deathbed. Through shear determination, he found one who could lengthen his life, but at a cost. Balthazar's body was permanently fused with his armor, a liquid metal called chromium. It allowed him to meld into different weapons and forms, but he could never take it off. As he traveled, searching for purpose, he found the Dojo, where he trained and met many comrades. Eventually, he set off with Ornstein to ignite the flame and lengthen the age of fire. On this journey, he met and had to fight the Abyss Watchers, a legion of warriors sworn to fight the Abyss. As he fought them, he grew to admire their cause. In the end, he forgave them of their mistakes and took their lives mercifully, absorbing the soul of the Abyss Watchers. After fighting the Soul of Cinder, Balthazar was mortally wounded and would have died if not for Adeline, the leader of the Abyss Watchers. She melded their souls together, sacrificing herself to save Balthazar. He pledged himself to the Abyss Watchers afterwards, becoming the last Abyss Watcher. He now fights in their name, using their abilities along with his own. After events of the old Dojo, he left during a period of great chaos and sought other means of enlightenment, disappearing for what seemed years. Only recently back, he has aged quite a lot, his old temper only grown with age. Even at his age, he still is a formidable threat with his massive size and tank-like armor.[/spoiler] Abilities: [spoiler] Coming back from a long journey, Balthazar has learned little in his travels with what pertains to abilities. His armor is still the same steel-like material, able to reform from heavy blows and small to large gashes out of battle. Still in possession of the Abyss Watcher's soul, he can freely manipulate flame along his weapons, but he rarely uses it as he sees it as a monument to one he once loved loved and considers it to be heresy to sully her image. His weapon being made out of a denser but more efficient version of the living steel that makes up his armor, it can change shape if given the time in battle. When in doubt (also known as fighting godmodders) he can transform into the mighty Giant dad, rekting all the casuls with the chaos Zweihander. Now, getting a bit more serious, if he is to fully lose his temper (Let's say in a plot, not a regular fight) he will do everything he can to kill the target of his anger. This includes tapping into the Abyss Watchers Legion's souls, absorbing their strength for a time. This ups his speed, resilience, strength and general badassitude, but if used for long periods of time he will start to lose himself in the trance of the lords, fully absorbing the soul to become a Lord of Cinder. If this does happen, he will leave the Dojo permanently to take his place as one of the five Lords, waiting for the enkindled one to defeat him in battle and link the flame.[/spoiler] Weapons: [spoiler]Balthazar mainly uses his living steel as a weapon, which mainly takes the form of a ten-foot long Warhammer weighing two tons. When in need of extra defense, he can split the mass into a large greatshield and a smaller one-handed straight sword. In situations where no defense is needed, he can transform the living steel mass into a massive ultra-greatsword able to split into a serrated whip with a range of up to fifteen feet. Finally, for more ranged opponents, Balthazar carries a massive six-cylinder revolver that fires rounds large enough to be considered tank-shells.[/spoiler] Personality: [spoiler]He has an air of duty and seriousness around him, but cherishes his friends and comrades to the point of sacrificing himself for their sakes. He may seem cold and unfeeling to strangers, but is actually very kind once they get to know him. Balthazar only kills when necessary, and [would rather spare a life then take one. He can get very angry if a comrade is injured or killed, and will stop at nothing to avenge them. However, he treats all opponents with respect, no matter the circumstances, and will even try to become allies with them afterwards if possible.[/spoiler]

[u][i]-Emotion Empowerment.[/i][/u] The stronger the emotions Luna feels, the stronger her attacks are. If she's extremely distraught or angry, her powers will be much more destructive, for example. [u][i]-Electricity Bolt[/i][/u] Self-explanatory. Luna fires a bolt of electricity - not lightning - from either her right or left hand, or both. Can be used practically infinitely per battle. [u][i]-Electric Stream.[/i][/u] Luna fires a continuous stream of electricity from either or both of her hands, and is capable of combining the two streams into one, more powerful stream. The stream has a six feet far reach, and can be used as many times as she wants. [u][i]-Lightning Spear.[/i][/u] Luna calls upon the Heavens, summoning lightning itself to either of her hands. Allows her to throw a spear of pure lightning. Can only be used five times per battle, with a single post recharge time every time. [u][i]-Fireball.[/i][/u] Luna creates an orb of fire in either one or both of her hands. She can combine the orb in one of her hands with the other, creating a bigger, more powerful fireball. Can be used infinitely, much like the Electricity Bolt. [i][u]-Fire Stream.[/u][/i] Luna fires a continuous stream of fire from either one or both of her hands, and is capable of combining two streams into one, more powerful stream. The stream has a six feet far reach, and can be used an infinite amount of times. [u][i]-Bring Upon the Wrath of Our Lord.[/i][/u] Luna's last ditch power, only used when faced with a very strong foe. She calls upon the storm and The Lord's Fire itself, making lightning and fire rain down around her, causing violent explosions, and annihilating everything in a twenty meter radius - yes, a twenty fücking meter radius. Can only be used once per interaction, and takes ten posts to charge - however, it should be noted, that if Lina feels extreme, negative emotions, she will be able to use this attack several times in a row, absolutely destroying her own body in the process.             "Just go away." Name: Violet Rosegold Age: 18 Race: Human Eye Color: Gold Family: Siblings: Jacqui, Emily, and Marcia Rosegold. Parents: Michael and Stacy Rosegold. Physique: Five foot six inches tall, weighs one-hundred and ten pounds in total. Small, perky nose, with small round ears. Angular face, with olive skin. Long, straight brunette hair. Backstory: [spoiler][b]Check one of the other Rosegold's out as well cause they're better than me at writing.[/b] Violet Rosegold grew up without much of a voice because her sisters were such loud and aggressive individuals. She didn’t have many friends besides her sisters and so she has become rather anti-social. Most of her free time was spent on studying magic history and “science”. She has a hard time hurting anything as she’s very passive and loves all life. Her time spent around other kids her age, when she wasn’t around her sisters, consisted of bullying for her awkwardness and anti-social tendencies. When she’s not around her sisters she has become very held back and stays strictly to the point without any humor or emotion. The only reason she has come to the dojo is because her sisters did and she would be lost without them. If asked she’ll say it was for the possible gain of knowledge, but her sisters know better. Rejuvenation - 25 MP Recovers 25 MP to whoever it is cast upon for up to three turns. Can only be cast on one person at a time. Spiritual Mending - 50 MP Target gains 50 MP for three turns. Spiritual Healing - 100 MP Target gains 100 MP per turn for three turns. Shield - 25 MP Reduces damage done to a target for a turn. Shelter - 50 MP Puts a protective shield around the target that has heavy resistance to all damage. Can only be cast on one target at a time and lasts two turns. Protect - 150 MP Target becomes almost invincible, but only lasts a single turn. Recover - 25 MP Heals minor wounds and helps to stop pain. Restore - 50 MP Heals anything except, fatal or broken bone related wounds. Stops almost any pain as well. Takes two turns. Regain - 150 MP Can restore bones and small appendages. Takes three turns. Sometimes she likes to wear a Slip-on jacket, with a red button-on shirt underneath. She's also wearing denim jeans, and of course, sneakers. Wings sprout from her back, giving her the ability to fly. Sometimes her wings could get cut off, so she has to use mechanical wings. They met each other during the collapse, their souls crippled. They agreed to become one person, turning her into what she is now. But there is side effects to their souls being forged together. The Time Breaker (rapidly ages armor and weaponry causing dullness and extreme wear. Can only do this after a turn of preparation). Time guard(blocks attacks using a rip in time as a shield.) Time travel Pausing time (he can pause time to place objects, change trajectories and move out of the way of projectiles. He can't cut or shoot due to the fact swords can't slice through things frozen in place and well, he froze time. That bullet is going nowhere.) Gear: Armor lined Coat, a large pocket watch sword, a large amount of pocket watches seeming to indicate events, a strange book that appears to never end no matter how many pages are flipped through. A flintlock pistol that replenishes ammo due to being caught in a loop in time. Bio: To say Gerald is strange would be an understatement. Driven slightly mad from being forced to live an eternity as a guardian of time he has developed a tendency to check and double check his every move looking for the greatest outcome for the time span he may alter. He is kind but seems to have an agenda in mind which he hides behind his smiles and politeness. A strange by classy individual with far too much time on his hands. Sometimes litteraly. Extra: due to the weight of his armor lined coat removing it causes Gerald to move significantly faster due to no longer being encumbered by it. The trade off is a severed lack of armor.

Hourglass posture. Strikingly pale, smooth skin, a sharp face with high but shallow cheekbones. Light pink lips. Light cyan blue irises, almost like the color of ice. Platinum blonde hair, which is usually tied back in a long ponytail.[/i] [i]Personality: Quiet, cold and vicious, Irina is a rather dark and imposing figure, seeking nothing more than watching those that oppose the Vilebloods to die a slow, painful death. She's edgy as hell, and will consistently play dirty in fights to gain the upper hand. To those that she places her trust in however, she is a rather caring and loving figure, though only to a certain limit.[/i] [i]Background: [spoiler]The story of Irina is a rather complicated one, to say the least. So we begin in the town of Yharnam, a gothic-victorian style city that is the home of a rather specific plague: beasts. On the nights of the Hunt, these monstrosities run amok within the streets of the city, and only a group of highly trained men and women would be able to prevent their scourge from spreading: The Hunters, bound to the Hunter's Dream through a rather dark contract. Irina, a rather young woman by the time that her story truly began, enlisted and joined the ranks of the Healing Church hunters and huntresses, alongside two young men named Daniel and Samuel, both being distant childhood friends, yet they did not speak to eachother often anymore. Over the years, Irina and Samuel became close to eachother, while Daniel was left out of their endeavors. Eventually, Samuel proposed to the future Vileblood Huntress, and the two would become husband and wife. That was, until one fateful night. After several hours of slaying beasts and monstrosities, Irina came across a rather saddening sight: a young child, descending into the madness of beasthood. Being merciful, Irina silently sliced the girl's throat, so that she wouldn't suffer the terrible fate that she had been given. If only she knew the older brother of the child, and what his reaction would be to find his dead sister, her murderer silently walking away in the distance. Enraged and in grief, Daniel went after Irina's family and her fiancé, murdering them in a rather brutal manner to avenge his dead sister. And thus, began a truly terrible rivalry. Depressed and alone, Irina left the city of Yharnam, seeking to find a way out of her misery. And funny enough, she found one, with the assistance of an ominous knight-like figure, one that called themselves a "Vileblood". The Vileblood led the young and depressed Irina to the forbidden castle of Cainhurst, a frozen and abandoned place of great evil, the home of the users of the old blood. The Queen of Cainhurst had summoned the huntress to the castle, and personally asked her to take action against the Healing Church, Daniel, and all others, and join the Vilebloods as one with the corrupted old blood. Irina accepted, taking the blood oath and becoming a Vileblood for the remainder of her life. Irina has had three major encounters with Daniel after becoming an enemy of the Church. The first ended with her gouging Daniel's eyes out. The second ended with Daniel tearing out Irina's tongue. The third...ended with peace, here at the Dojo. [/spoiler][/i] [i]Weaponry: [spoiler]Rakuyo A weapon that Irina found within the Hunter's Nightmare, a separate plain of existence that is the complete opposite of reality, the Rakuyo is a legendary weapon, the weapon of choice of the famous lady huntress and Vileblood Maria. Irina carries on her legend by utilizing this weapon. The blade starts out as a combination between a 5'9 foot long hardened steel katana and a 2'6 foot long serrated dagger, the dagger protruding from the katana's handle. The dagger can be broken away from the sword, and both can be dual-wielded by Irina rather efficiently. If completely necessary, Irina can impale herself with both of these blades, magnifying the swords to 6'4 foot long jagged edge, her corrupted blood freezing over the tip of the weapons. With this modification, Irina can utilize the weapons in a much more deadly and grotesque way, for every time she swings, the corrupted blood is swung off and literally freezes mid-air, raining down upon her opponent and acting as a separate attack, in a way. She can also slam the two blades together, creating a 12'8 foot long staff-like form, very similar to Darth Maul's lightsaber. As a rather unique attack, Irina can hold the blades together and rear back, either slamming it down and causing an explosion of shattered blood shards outwards, a compacted beam of crystallized blood that reaches up to 30 feet, or swinging horizontally at 250 miles per hour, a 20 foot long wave of speeding, hardening blood sent towards her targets. This takes 2 turns to use, and 4 to charge. Chikage A 5'11 foot long stainless curved katana blade, the Chikage is a weapon descended from Cainhurst, utilized by the valiant knights of the forbidden castle in defense of its people. Alongside being a normal weapon, Irina can slice her palm open with the weapon, which covers the blade with her blood and hardens over the tip in a similar fashion to her Rakuyo, becoming 6'7 feet long. Threaded Cane The first weapon that Irina mastered, the Threaded Cane is a 4'9 foot long wooden cane with a sharpened steel point, used to bat away or literally poke opponents. If transformed, the weapon turns into a jagged whip, the cane handle still present as Irina swings rapidly at her foes. This weapon isn't used by Irina much at all. Evelyn An adorned, Cainhurst style wooden and steel pistol with gold and silver accents. Utilizes Quicksilver Bullets, a particular type of cartridge made for combating beasts and countering foes. Irina has had the cartridges that she uses to be modified into balls that are the size of .44 magnum rounds, with the force of a Smith and Weston 500 Magnum. However, the Evelyn takes 2 turns to reload, and only has 10 cartridges. Piercing Rifle A rather large rifle utilized by the old hunters, the Piercing Rifle, unlike the Evelyn, isn't used for countering opponents: it's made for blasting them away. 5 .50 caliber rounds at a time, it takes 4 turns to reload.[/spoiler][/i] [i]Apparel: [spoiler]Irina's selected outfit deeply replicates the one worn by the lady huntress Maria, with the hat, garb, and...pretty much everything else. The tricorne hat is made of black leather, usually neatly pointed and cared for, to the point of mania. A pure white pigeon feather protrudes from the back of the hat. Irina's garb, on the other hand, consists of a dark grey leather long coat, alongside a heavily bloodstained shirt, with a pure white fabric handkerchief thingy protruding from the neckpiece. The leggings to the outfit are made of leather, the boots laced up and usually dirty with mud. Her gauntlets are usually buttoned together by metal buttons, being leather gloves. She has light brown leather shoulder pads, and from the left protrudes a cape on her left side. She has no armor. [/i][/spoiler] [i]Equipment/Items: [spoiler]Throwing Knifes Sharpened miniature daggers meant to be propelled towards their targets, these knives can rip through flesh and light armor if thrown properly, but are useless against medium-heavy armor. Poison Knives Basically the same as before, but dipped in a deadly toxin that causes nauseous effects and eats away at the flesh, blood and vitals surrounding the wound. If three knives make their way into an opponent in two turns, the toxin will begin to spread through the victim. Choir Bell A bell that Irina ripped off of the mutilated body of a member of the Choir, the high-ranking group of the Healing Church dedicated to communing with the Great Ones, this bell cures any and all statues effects (toxins, frostbite, first degree burns), but it is a one-time use. Messenger's Gift A item made for a complete and utter troll, this turns Irina into a small, feeble messenger of the nightmare, acting as if it had a message for those passing by. It is an illusion, and can be deactivated by removing magic or if Irina moves too much.[/spoiler][/i] [i]Abilities: [spoiler]Irina utilizes three Caryll Runes, which were found and created by a runesmith long ago. These include... •Blood Rapture If Irina lands a visceral attack, where she slams her fist through her intended target, she absorbs the victim's blood to heal herself. •Clawmark To add onto Blood Rapture, a visceral is just as destructive than regular, which a fist slamming through a person is already pretty damn strong. It's powerful enough to slam through a full sheet of hardlight shielding and hardened steel, alongside the flesh underneath. NOTE that she has to stun her opponent, and that this attack can be considered OP. •Oedon Writhe Found upon a Blood Saint of the Healing Church, Irina gains ammunition from landing visceral attacks as well, gaining three for her Evelyn and one for her Piercing Rifle. •She is much stronger and more physically capable than a regular human. •Can run up to ninety-five miles per hour, which extends to one hundred and fifteen in her second phase. •Can swing her weapons up to one hundred and twenty miles per hour, which increases up to two hundred and fifty in her second phase. YES, SHE'S OP AS -blam!-. •Flesh and bones are stronger than regular humans, at least four times stronger.[/spoiler][/i]

He spent most of his time studying old science textbooks and a bit of firearm training as was required in the metro. Nowadays he works with those who venture to the surface so he can study animal and plant life.
