Hakka weapons have increased muzzle velocity. They all kick harder and have a different kick pattern.
They reduced the effectiveness of counterbalance on weapons by like 10 or 20 percent last weapon balance. They felt the perk took to much off the weapons unique kick pattern away.
I have a great roll on a lydumila but it kicks from left to right and is to hard to handle. Just unusable.

Only Hakke sidearms have increased muzzle velocity. Other weapons do not.

Tell me what's the difference between a Suros foundry weapon and a Hakke. One main difference. Recoil Yes side arms have an increased muzzle velocity. Mainly the ones that are not hitscan. I see how that could be confusing. That was my way of saying that brand of weapon has a ton of recoil

The only ones that have significantly more recoil are the pulses because they shoot longer bursts.

I thought it may have been because of the additional burst projectile on the Lyudmila-D, so good to know. Pity as they sound great, but are just sh!t to handle, although Arminius-D not as bad, just same perks better on anything else
