Question for Bungie. Why is that Hakke pulse rifles lack the use of any stability perk?? Just got the Lyudmila-D from the gunsmith and it has "Counterbalance" and "Hand-laid stock". How is it that this weapon still kicks as if it doesn't have any stability perk? My other Lyudmila-D pulse rifles doesn't have any stability perks on them and I really can't tell the difference between them all. Are Hakke pulse rifles bugged??
