I called xbox support yesterday and after an intelligent conversation with a real Tech support department was told that if the problem is not fixed in a few days that I could request a refund and it would be granted.
I bet if a bunch of people canceled pretty orders and what not that bungie would get the big picture. Without gamers to buy your crap you don't have a business.
