I just bought my Xbox One and the Destiny Collection Upgrade. So this is day 1 and I'm unable to play it. From the sounds of others, this has been going on for several days. I am a cloud Developer, and I can tell you if people cannot access my server, that's a P1 issue that needs to be resolved ASAP, even if it means working late. Also, due to duration, my company would make reparations.
Please provide us with an ETA on when this will be fixed for both Xbox One and PS4.
Also, please post information as to what you will be offering us customers for this great inconvenience.

agreed. I've seen numerous migration issues over the years especially when it comes to exchange. I fail to see how they haven't worked overtime to get back up and running. 8 days now, and most companies would be close to bankrupt at this point.
