"None really. Just wish for peace between the two of us if anything where to happen."
-
"The Legion accepts your offer. Be warned, if any of your troops cause trouble in my camp, they will be strung on a cross like any other."
-
"No one will make trouble. You have my word."
-
"Then our alliance is sealed. Was there anything else?"
-
"That is all."
-
"Then take your leave. Unless you'd like to purchase a store permit or slave, that is."
-
"A slave?" He ears seem to perk at the suggestion
-
"Yes. A slave. Someone who will do whatever you want, whenever you want. You can treat them like dirt, you just need to keep them alive."
-
"Do you have young men. Around 20 years of age?"
-
"Yes. Are you interested in purchasing one?"
-
"How much?"
-
"50 of whatever currency you have."
-
He reaches into a pocket, digging out a pouch and picking out 50 yentons.
-
The Legate takes the payment, then sits back down. "Your slave will be waiting for you at the gate."
-
"Our business is done. It's been a pleasure."
-
"Likewise. I hope to do further dealings in the future."
-
Magrim nods, leaving the tent and going through the camp back to the main entrance
-
There was a man in his early twenties, wearing slave rags. The man had a scar across his left cheek, had blue eyes, and brown hair. He looked at him, expectantly.
-
Magrim looked that man up and down "Can you speak?"
-
"Yes..." His voice was shaky, and quiet.
-
"Excellent!" Magrim gathers his weapons takes the bracelet off. He leaves through the main gates, slave in tow
-
The slave followed him, but it didn't look like the slave really wanted to go.
Wanna know what would be cool? If we made this random slave bastard into an actual character. Actually, it's just funny to me.
-
I WAS GOING TO HAVE MAGRIM TRAIN HIM!
"Whats your name?"
-
Coincidence? Yes.
"Marcus... Marcus Weather."
So do you want to take over this guy as a character, or do you want me to do it? I'm fine with it either way.
-
I'll take him on to make it easier. That way I can train him whenever and we don't have to wait around for replies.
"Well Marcus," He turns, facing the now ex slave "You're a free man. If you wish, leave now. However, if you want to be able to fight for yourself and protect yourself, you'll follow me."
