This must be a complex problem to take so long to fix. But I get a sinking feeling that there is no fix and the delay is trying to figure out how to break the news and what, if any, token will be provided for the inconvenience. Perhaps waiting management approval when they get back from vacation. Desperately hope I am wrong...
