Hello all,
We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.

Salut, J'essaie d'effectuer la migration de la xbox 360 vers la xbox one mais cela reste impossible. J'ai sans cesse le code d'erreur "[b]TAPIR[/b]". C'est vraiment frustrant étant donné que j'ai jamais réussi à looter la "Dernières Paroles" et que je ne pourrai pas l'avoir chez XUR qui la vend cette semaine. 2 RepliesI am currently staying up till 4 am with the hope that bungie won't let us down and will fix this problem before Xur leaves , I am attempting to log in every 10 minutes . I think a lot of y'all would agree with me that it would only be fair that if bungie can't fix this problem , they would at least let Xur stay an extra day or let the last word be sold next week too . SanctionedOne Xbox One S cannot import character from Destiny the Collection purchase error code TAPIR. Just like everyone else.

Averquilla307 on xbox one. I was trying to import from xbox 360 to xbox one and it came up with an error message. Destiny works fine on my xbox 360 though.

2 RepliesI think a lot of people spending so much money on the new gens and wanting to play destiny are pretty upset why no one from Bungie is saying anything helpful. A time line would be nice to know. Labor day weekend is when a lot of us don't have to work or go to school. We all just want to play on our new consoles
