Hello all,
We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.
Thank you for your patience as we pursue a resolution to this issue.

Belmos - Ps4 transfer from PS3. Hope we will be able to move our characters as creators promised not mentioned the cost of the ps4, game upgrade and resolution is ps4 is off game not working and someone tells for several days the same info that something being investigated?!?!? You offering and selling not working solution And I and many already paid ahead and whats the reaction... is that something that you realise as Your business target and feeling happy collecting money from Your customers? Srsly this is against any logic and seriouse business policy unless it is a fraud tricky business.

My gamertag is THE_HAVOC_822 on PS4. My problem is i cant transfer my ps3 account to my ps4. :( i bought the taken king pack (w/ game) and havent been able to play it yet. I get the Tapir error. Please fix soon. :))

Tapir error code!!! I was hoping this would've been fixed by now from the ending part of August. I'm disappointed it's gone on this long. Xbox One from Xbox 360; gamertag SidewayZ Touge.
