I feel you buddy.
I am not the best at PvP, but i'm not exactly trash either.
When I queue alone, I can be in the top 3 and maintain a positive K/D. But once I queue up with anyone from my clan, I am below a 0.5 K/D.
I wish I had an answer, but sadly, I am doomed.
