Edited by Sturm with no Drang: 8/29/2016 3:39:18 AMTypically, the majority of royal names you would find would be ones that were passed down through monarchies, royal families and notable heirs. Alexander, Vladimir, Anthony, Elizabeth and such other names that are more common within European countries usually hold significant historical value since they would be passed down from previous individuals. Naturally, there would have been an original purpose, description or translation from these names according to the language of the region that they were born from. Basically applies to a majority of countries around the world since at one point in time there would be a division between a ruling class and a poorer or enslaved class. Since my name, Vlad, is actually less common and a shortened version of Vladimir there wouldn't be need of an extension to it so there instead could be a title of a household or family to act as representation. You can basically do this with anyone's name nowadays as long as you follow your country's language and class traditions.
