The damage referee tries to introduce lag to non laging players to compensate for the laggy players. Tries to be dynamic, but if the lag isn't consistent(which most of the time it isn't) then you get shot through walls
Stoopid eh? Instead of introducing a network check tool, to see if the right ports are open on the lan, then restricting players that really don't give a fudge.
