You realize most modern routers compensate for wireless latency and there's no difference in speed, right? Again, you would hold a valid argument, if this were 2009.
As for stability, Destiny requires a small internet connection that most routers can't even dip to the low point, and unless your house is getting nuked or your house is a giant electromagnet, your wifi will not be affected.
One last thing, Ping is a gross network tool??? What!? It literally tells you your latency, which is what causes the delays.
This argument alone makes me want to leave this thread.
But I have to state, I'm not arguing about which is better. Wired is better, but to say "never go wireless because it destroys the game" is completely false.
Even if my connect WAS slower than yours, it would be by a few ms, which your body and mind wouldn't even have time to react to, which wouldn't affect the outcome of the game :)
