I ordered the Mot T-shirt on the Bungie store and paid for international shipping. I have just received a notice fro Royal Mail saying there is an outstanding fee of £11.19 to be paid to release the item. Can somebody explain this? I had no fees when ordering the Nepal T-shirt, so why do I have this happening now where I have to pay a fee for over half the value f the t-shirt Royal Mail said they would hold the item for 18 calendar days, so any help would be appreciated
