Edited by Bruce Boling: 8/24/2016 5:28:43 AMTotally do crossfit. Fav hero WOD has got to be Murph: just cuz it's so grueling. Fav lift....probably a deadlift. I got to our military base CrossFit Tactical Fitness gym here in Nebraska. And weaknesses... I'd say handstand walks and snatches.
