I said and put up this story sooo many times its not even funny anymore, I bought 50$ worth of silver about a month ago and never reserved it. I did everything I can I reported it I posted it was is gonna be with this post 3 times, all I ask is for bungie to give me my silver or money back

Also, besides my credit card thing... Try the console cache clearing thing. It's helped with non-delivery of Sparks in the past. Maybe it will help here. But if it doesn't try the escalation method of calling your CC company.
