My coworker who is 17 already has a fiance and will marry her when he is 19.
I personally feel like this is a bad decision at such a young age but it is none of my business so I did not state my opinion to him. What do you think and would you do the same as him?

There's a lady at my work who's 20 years old. She was married at 18 and had a kid at 19. She's happy enough. I've never met her husband, though.

Eh, I have heard of success stories at earlier ages. If they divorce 5 yrs from now that's still 5 yrs. also a lot can happen in 3 yrs

An early marriage isn't necessarily a faulty one, that is more dependent on the personalities of those involved and the general habits of the relationship. However, it's not something I would do simply because I have other objectives to achieve prior to that event.

Tell him she doesn't like star wars, its a total deal breaker

I started dating my wife at 14. Saved up money from working after school bought her a ring and proposed at 16. We got married 4 years later. Its been 7 years and we are still happily married with two wonderful children. Sometimes it is real.

I personally think that they're just a bit too young. But it could be real, and if it is I wouldn't want to think I got in their way, so I'd let them do what they want to do.

Statistically people who wait until they are 23 years old have a lower rate of divorce.

Tax benefits, woo!

C'mon, at least he's dedicated, or at least he seems to be. We gotta give him that much.
-
I would not do it, but that doesn't mean it isn't right for him.

If he can supply his family with what thy need yeah if he wants. Personally I would say wait cause then you won't be able to enjoy much if they plan on having a baby
