I'm pretty sure they've stated themselves in the past that the content will be exclusive for at least a year, granted they still said "at least" but they've basically gone so far as to silently change the small print without even properly informing us of the decision. They shamelessly and shadily avoided admitting the truth and just hoped to slip the decision to withhold the content for another year under our noses.
