So Bungie lied.
Bungie: "PS exclusive content will only be exclusive for a year guys. Don't worry about it."
*a year passes*
Bungie: "Uh, people are upgrading to next Gen now so let's make the deal favor PS. I know! Let's make TTK exotics still exclusive for another year! Screw you Xbox players (the majority of our fanbase). We lied. Now you have to wait 2 years!"

Bungie: "Timed exclusive till at least Fall 2016" Sony: "Timed exclusive till at least Fall 2016" Nobody lied. People just failed to include the "at least" in their thought process. Still messed up, but they didn't exactly lie about it.
