To Tracers out there:
You just got a much better life, you now do 220 damage to the body. Instead of 150.
You now do 400 damage to the head. Instead of 240.

I'll do some more testing today and going to report back the results (down below)
Edit: it seems like this only works in custom games, and not in pvp or vs ai. But it feels like she does a little more anyway.
