D2 should be coming out around that time so who cares. I would probably still use my Mida over the Jade and my spindle over the Zen anyway.

I'm on PS4, and I don't understand why we should have exclusives for a whole year. It seems ridiculous. We certainly shouldn't have exclusives for over a year.

I think everyone who is on Xbox should stop playing destiny for a week. Might send a message to bungie and Activision when they notice wait what where did r Xbox players go.

I'm not sure what weapons are exclusives only from Rise of Iron, but I can wait another year for Jade Rabbit & Zen Meteor. They really aren't all that great. There are far better choices. It always seems like we us Xbox players keep complaining about this topic, yet... PlayStation hasn't really had anything that was extremely worth dying over. Black Garden strike for instance. People (PS3/4 players) used to complain so much about it being the nightfall in Y1. And every time I get that strike, I usually quit. It's just boring and an overwhelming and annoying amount of taken, vex or precursors start spawning. Exodus Blue. This map is just so terrible. I like open, large maps but it seems Bungie isn't so great at making those. This map could be big but there's so much shit in the way. You get caught on something too easily (as with any map) and this is an awful map for Trials and Iron Banner. Sector 618. One word: shotguns. I heard this map is so small everyone uses a shotgun and hides around corners. Someone literally once told me, "there is a shotgun lane around every corner and a sniper lane outside every shotgun lane" lol or something like that. Echo Chamber. Once again when TTK first came out. I heard a lot of people complain about how hard this strike was and how annoying it is because of some relic you have to use to beat the boss. Psion Flayers. This strike is really easy but the again, the Taken version (of anything) is quite annoying. Too many enemies spawning. Shit just going on everywhere. Someone's bound to die. Although the flayers can each be one shot by celestial nighthawk+deadeye (without any modifiers) and can also be spammed with raze-lighter it's still a boring and annoying strike. If you ask me, PlayStation can keep their exclusives. I love Scout Rifles so I'd probably be using Jade Rabbit but I won't absolutely miss not having it. After all of that complaining, haha.... I could care less. [b]Although[/b], an absolute [u]year[/u] or two of exclusives are insane!

This is pretty ridiculous. Two year exclusives make no sense to me. I don't think people are choosing their consoles on what exclusives destiny has but rather where their friends play. I'm on Playstation and think this is hilariously stupid.

What I understand is this... PlayStation wants to lure the last gen people who are upgrading to current gen. What better way than to hold their exclusive license. It really is a business. A business about games. Well played Sony. I get the frustration. I'll admit that. Admit you get the business aspect of it and there we have transparency.

Here's their clarification statement: "We (Activision/Bungie) took money from Sony to keep certain content out of the hands of Xbox gamers even though Xbox gamers paid the same amount for the game and its expansions. We also make them wait a full year before we release the content on Xbox except for the arbitrary 2 years which is hidden from gamers in vague fine print." Thanks for your money, Activision/Bungie

Deej and Cosmo have nothing no to do with what is done outside of their scope of work. It's Activision and Sony doing business and Bungie executes per contract. It's just business and although some may not like it again it's a business model/practice to draw added interest to a product. I would love be to play recore however it's not coming to PS4. I would love to play rise of the tomb raider but hey have to wait until it's release to PS4 as Microsoft had exclusive rights to the game on their platform first... It's just business. Never did play Halo as its a Microsoft baby. So my choices as a consumer is to voice my opinions where I can and take my money to where I can enjoy it and for me it's on PS4. Personally I would love for both platforms to have same content and also be able to play against them as well as the social aspect of Destiny is right up there along with the game play minus the various fixes or balancing acts which brings new and improved bugs to the zoo.

Plain and simple... Activision can sucketh thine own dick. I will buy a ps4 just to [b]F[/b]ucking watch it burn then pisseth on thee ashes.

Bumping for transparency from Bungie!! PS4 player here so I guess it doesn't really effect me, but Xbox players deserve to know how badly they are gettin shafted - at least they can lube up in preparation

Although it seems confusing, I believe you will see the PS exclusives on xbox360/1 one year after they were introduced on PS. Rabbit this fall, Meteor next spring, and ROI exclusives fall 2017. You can always wait till ROI is released before you buy. If the exclusives are a deal breaker, don't buy. Speak with your wallet.

I just want to know what the actual purpose is for doing this? Surely when they do become available then destiny 2 will be out? So why would we go back??
