Bungie, your customer service is terrible. I've contacted the email/chat support you offer for Bungie Store related incidents three times now, and gotten NO response. Each time I email I'm told I'll get a response in up to 72 hours - this has never happened.
I ordered the TTK Digital Soundtrack during your Bungie Day promotion in order to also get the 7-7 Ad Infinitum emblem. I understand the store was under heavy load, especially for digital item codes, but I was told in my order confirmation email that I may experience a delay of up to 24 hours before receiving my codes. I understand that.
Weeks later, after trying to contact support in order to see why I still haven't gotten my codes, I see a link directing people with questions regarding orders placed within the Bungie Day promotion to a certain FAQ page.
You've now taken this down, assuming you've solved all the orders from that over purchased moment in time. But it said something along the lines of "All players should have been given their respective emblem codes on July ____"
I still have not gotten the email containing my emblem code, or the code for the soundtrack that I genuinely wanted that I spent REAL money on.
PLEASE SOLVE THIS! I'm tired of sitting here knowing I have no better way to contact and seek support for this issue.

You might want to remove the order number as this is a public forum. Also this help forum is for game related issues. You will have to email the store and be patient. Seems a lot of people have issues but eventually get an email
