I'm wondering the numbers are on the agility and armor buff. Exactly how much of a buff does it give per kill? I can't find the answer anywhere on the Internet.

Probably my favourite scout in the game. The agility perk is non existent i just use the armor one in hope that it might help out. The target acquisition is amazing (For me) It lets me control the gun instead of sticky annoying scope dragging aim assist. Unflinching and a 19 mag makes it a really solid weapon. Nothing stands out as being insanely good but it feels great to me.

Yes it's really good I you use aggressive ballistics because it's a three shit head shot and has a better recoil pattern

I believe it gives +1 per stack. I may be wrong, though. Use the Agility perk, it actually feels like it makes a difference.

I wish they'd just replace the worthless exotic perk with something useful. Third eye, spray and play, reactive reload, crowd control, almost anything really.

It's great for sunsinger with over shield but that's it.. If it had a faster rate of fire (mida) or buff the perks it'd be decent

I don't even pay attention to them anymore. The real reason to use it is Aggressive Ballistics. You can 3-shot a lot of opponents and easily pick off low health ones. That makes a significant difference, especially compared to the exotic perks.

It'd be more exotic if both the armor perk and agility perk were activated at the same time upon a precision kill.

the agility buff gets noticeable after the second kill, but the armor buff... i dont think it actually works. i dont take reduced damage or have more health, or any noticeable difference at all. imo they need to rework the armor buff and make the sights take less space on the screen. other than that i actually like it. its pretty accurate, fires fast and deals a good amount of dmg. its just not very exotic at all.

Boolean stacks 1 agility and 1 armor for a total of 3 each depending on which is selected. The issue is that the buff is at 100% during the first 3 seconds of gaining the head/body kill and then quickly deteriorates after while still showing the buff for longer than it applies for. Is it an ok buff? Sure. Is it in need of a major buff and extension? Oh yes it is.
