[spoiler]Mortar versus Orn. Since Mortar is alive in many of my other RPs[/spoiler]

[i][b]Ornstein waited in the center. Dimly standing there, waiting for his next opponent...[/b][/i]
-
*Mortar approaches as well, his iconic sword in his hand* Hello Orn. Long time no see.
-
"You could say that." [b][i]He looked at Mortar, his spear in his right hand.[/i][/b]

So, who goes first? *Mortar bows to Orn*
-
"You do."

Okay. *He begins circling you*

So we're gonna play like that huh? *Mortar circles you a little more as an iron ball the size of a basketball nails your back*

[b][i]Reeling back and chuckling, Orn turns back to Mortar, raising his spear silently.[/i][/b]

*As you do so, Mortar begins coughing up a LOT of symbiotic fungus. The fungus wafts over to you, obscuring your vision. He then takes a plasma sniper off his back and aims for your chest. He fires a few rounds*

[b][i]Raising his arm to act like a shield, Ornstein dodges all shots but one, with nails his arm, burning away at armor. He slams into Mortar, kneeing him in the stomach.[/i][/b]

*With a grunt he is knocked back a few feet. He gets up and fires a round at the ground under where the fungus is, setting the fungus on fire. He then turns to you, his sword in hand as he lunges at you, stabbing at your chest then dissolving into the ground, reforming behind you and delivering a swift knee to the small of your back*

[b][i]Ornstein simply laughs and yells, turning around and backhanding Mortar with much more strength than he's ever had, chuckling madly as he does so.[/i][/b]

*He recoils and backs away* Damn that's scary... *Mortar jumps at you, slashing at your chest multiple times*

[b][i]Orn just jumps back and dodges for each slash, still laughing. He jabs at Mortar's stomach in between slashes.[/i][/b]

*Mortar backs up after about two jabs, then forms an iron ball under you, throwing you in the air, pinned to the ball. It then explodes, sending you higher up*

[b][i]Ornstein slams down on his feet, growling. He seems wounded as he rises.[/i][/b]

*Mortar quickly pats himself down to make sure there are no open wounds. After he is satisfied he gets in a defensive position*

[b][i]Ornstein waits for Mortar's move...[/i][/b]

*Mortar waits for Ornstein's next move...*

[b][i]Argh. Don't be like this.[/i][/b]

Hey! I learned a lot from other RPs, so I gotta be patient. *And with that the ground under you explodes. Clever bastard, he planted an iron ball under the ground you stand on*

[b][i]Oh! We should totally have Isaac and Caesar fight though. It would be cool.[/i][/b] [b][i]Ornstein jumps up, hitting the ground again, looking fairly angry.[/i][/b] "You gonna fight me or what?!"

I am fighting you. When fighting you can't just lunge at your enemy and rely on your weapon, you need strategy. *He begins sniping you with his plasma sniper*

[b][i]Ornstein began sidestepping, circling Mortar.[/i][/b]
