I bought a pre order from best buy for rise of iron for ps4 a couple weeks back, it says they will email the code. want to know what the problem is? According to their downloads support, the reason I don't have a code in my inbox is because they haven't been sent the codes from you guys to send on to their customers. You know when they said they would be able to email their codes out? September 20 on launch day.
Now, maybe Bestbuy is full of excrement, but i gotta assume that if they had the codes they would send them, there isn't an advantage in sitting on them. Which means that YOU guys are sitting on the codes. I'm feeling just a little bit ripped off here.
come launch day when everyone else is playing, i'm going to be waiting at my inbox for a code, so i can THEN download the content for, so i might be able to actually play on the 21st assuming nothing gets messed up.(unless the content is prepatched and the code just lets me access it)
ordinarily i would just buy it straight from the Playstation store, but hey i was there so i figured why not.
Seriously, figure out who makes these decisions and kick the right in their happy place.
or you know send out the flipping codes already.
and if you HAVE sent out the codes to best buy already and they are just incompetent/lying, please forward this to whatever idiot is in charge over there.

Hey, I just stumbled upon this, and am in the same EXACT boat. I bought the Rise of Iron add-on card (PS4) from Best Buy back in June, and have still not received my code via e-mail. I thought I was crazy and maybe deleted it by accident after going through 2 months of Best Buy junk mail. I called support a few days ago, and they said they would re-send the e-mail within 24 hours, and guess what... still no e-mail. So they told you over the phone that they haven't been sent the codes, and were sending them out on the 20th? They didn't mention anything like that to me. Sucks that happened to you, but glad I'm not the only one.
