*Vorim is hiding behind Sapphire.* "Umm... Hello... How are you?"

Edited by Skatch142: 8/15/2016 1:14:11 AMI-I think Sketch might be able to handle this... "C'mon! How are ya?! You havin' a good day!?" *Even Sapphire is trembling a little but Sketch seems fine.*

Theresa draws Rose of Flames. "Ready?"
-
Guys... Just let him talk, okay? Don't do anything that may provoke him. "So! What's your name mister?!" *Sketch's sword had disappeared and he looks genuinely interested in how the dragon's doing.*

ZYANSIL, DESERT DRAGON. HERE TO TEAR YOUR THROAT OUT, SPHIRINIAN. The dragon roars.
-
"Oh?! Why do ya need to do that!? What did we do wrong?!"
-
ENOUGH TALK. The dragon beats its wings, knocking Omnus into Sketch. "Ow.... Yeah, I don't think pacifism is good here...."
-
*Sketch just dodges Omnus.* "But I like talking to you!!!"
-
The dragon doesn't answer, instead launching gusts of desert wind at Sapphire.
-
*Vorim helps Sapphire stay standing.* That's not nice! "At least tell us what we did mister!"
-
He again, doesn't answer, launching gusts at both Sapphire and Vorim.
-
*They stay standing.* "I don't want to but I'll fight you if I have to!!!" *Sketch stands his ground.*
-
"We'll have to fight, Sketch...." Omnus aims his two revolvers at the dragon, and fires with such speed, it was obvious he had modded the guns to shoot like SMGs. However, the bullets glanced harmlessly off the dragon.
-
"Just hold on!"
-
"WHAT TO YOU MEAN, HOLD ON???!!!" Omnus yells, Elecin charges. He is immediately knocked back at least 150 yards, and the dragon notices how easily he fell..... The temperature seems to rise to over 230°F as the sun glows brighter than before. A massive claw made of condensed sand forms in midair....
-
"THAT'S IT!!!" *Sketch summons both swords and swings them, as hard as he can, sending a blast of air heading towards the dragon, strong enough to knock him over.*
-
The dragon stays standing. Wanna knew how? He followed Vorim's and Sapphire's example when they stayed standing for his attack. Theresa notices the dragon's behavior, and begins running towards the fallen Elecin, who seems to have broken a leg. As the dragon launched the claw, Theresa speed buffed herself.... She only just made it. The claw completely cut off her arm, however he armor was just enough to stop the claw from hitting Eli. "THERESA!"
-
"Oh my god!!!"
The dragon doesn't have someone else pushing him down, keeping him from flipping over backwards... How did he stay standing?
-
Makes about as much sense as two small Sphirinians not falling from an attack that a dragon larger than a mountain performs, doesn't it?
Theresa activates a healing buff, however the arm would never grow back.... Eli's bone did not right itself. Theresa had finally had enough. She activated all her buffs, and her body overloaded with energy, awakening Rose, the human version of Rose of Flames. Rose, in Theresa's body, readied her sword easily in one hand.
-
*Sketch swings his swords again, attempting to do the same thing he tried before.*
1: you never specified how big it is. 2: the wind is coming at a downward angle, so Vorim can brace Sapphire and keep her from falling down. But since Sketch is much shorter than the dragon, the wind is coming at an upward angle, pushing the dragon upwards. The angle it's coming from makes a very big difference.
-
1) There's a picture. 2) You're forgetting about the dragon's wings; there's a lot of surface area there. If the wind hitting the dragon had enough force to knock his massive weight into the air, which is impressive enough, his wings would've easily had him glide back down. Knocking him over? That takes a ridiculous amount of force, and basically scientifically impossible (unless Sketch had power over gravity).
