Which graphics card would you recommend for a first pc build?

Edited by Martiis: 8/15/2016 3:46:31 AMYou can't really go wrong either way, though the 4th gen GCN architecture is still showing greater future compatibility and scaling with the new APIs, Vulkan and DX12, over Nvidia's Pascal architecture. So if "future proofing" is important to you; you may want to lean toward the RX 480. 480 is cheaper if your on a budget. I personally don't buy overpriced nvidia cards so I can't recommend the 1060.

1060 all the way. Better performance in most games.

I would say 1060.
