I listen to a bit of everything really •What are your goals? Good question I guess just keep improving my lifts and get as big as I can naturally •How much importance do you place in your diet? I'm constantly trying to eat , since I have a very fast metabolism and I'm trying to gain muscle I have to eat as much as I possibly can or I won't grow. If I don't eat enough for a week I'll get shredded, but I'll feel weak and won't be as strong My metabolism can be good since I stay lean all year round , but its hard to eat that much sometimes. It is without a doubt the most important thing in exercising If you don't eat well you will have zero results, I learned that the hard way.
