EDIT: Scenario: It's Free-For-All, and you ranked 2nd.
Simple question. Is getting that Silver medal still winning to you? Is it still a fantastic accomplishment? Or will you only settle for 1st?
Edit: This is a new, simplified version of this poll.

No, its just losing, first.
-
No it's just losing better
-
It is in the bedroom ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° )
-
If you're not first, you're last.
-
In Black Ops 2 it's considered a victory to come in 2nd in FFA.
-
IF YOU'RE NOT FIRST, YOU'RE LAST. *rips off shirt and jumps out window while wrestling a bear and roaring*

First place is only place.

"Coming in second just makes you the first in a long line of losers"

Edited by jzx90chaser: 8/10/2016 9:47:40 PM2nd is the first of the losers.

"If you aren't first, then your last"

It depends on when you were born. If you're a millennial, apparently coming in last place is still winning.
-
There's only one situation where it is. But in that situation I think tying is better.
-
AS LONG AS YOU TRY OP, YOU CAN BE A WINNER.
-
1st place is winning. Coming in second is coming in second.
-
In the US of A you get Gold or you are not coming home. Granted if you are from like Latvia you are branded a national hero if you get bronze.
-
It pretty much means your the first to lose, which means you're still first at something i guess. I prefer to win if it's an individual contest. Anything less is just a consolation prize
-
It's the first to lose, wot? Pleb
-
I play hockey and watch the Winter Olympics. To me, getting s medal is still winning, but getting a bronze feels better than getting silver. Mainly because you get silver by losing the gold medal game. And you get bronze by winning the bronze medal game.
