I've kind of stopped exercising recently, but it was every weekday that I'd do about 30-45 minutes of exercise. I would use an elliptical, do pushups, do sit-ups, and lift weights. I would usually listen to the Weather Channel. To be in shape for hunting at the end of the year. I don't really take a diet into account at all. I haven't really gained any weight over the last few years, and if anything I lost weight during my past semester of college. I also brush my teeth and don't subsist exclusively on junk food and fast food, so I think I'm okay.
