I got it back with SONY's support help but that was scary. Not sure if coincidence or not but the last thing I did before I got the Email from SONY that my Account email had changed was sign back in to the Ishtar Commander App. Felt Like only a minute later I got the Email. Anyone using the App be careful. I'm going to Tweet them an inquiry. You guys should be able to see it now. Edit2: after some testimonies and a reply from the IC devs I'm confident the IC wasn't the problem. I will still tread carefully though.
