Just curious, I've been playing since day one. Went to the early release at GameStop and everything, but I can't place a solid point on when the whole "NERF" thing got started. Actually, I never really heard the term until this game's PvP, and so I decided to see if anyone else knew? I'm thinking it was the beginning of ToO. I'm not sure, but that's when I can really remember it becoming a major issue.

It started with Vex and Suros Regime I would say, and also with fusion rifles in year one.

Since the beginning. We had a rare auto-rifle weapon(forgot the name) and people were crying about it, then we got vex, suros etc. Before, the nerf was normal because you couldn't do anything against the vex. Now people want to nerf anything that will annoy them. Honnestly, destiny is the only game where i see so many nerf.

Edited by MARTIN I TRICK: 8/6/2016 11:00:02 PMIt got alot worse just before year 2 from what I remember and when people were crying about etheric light I'm quite sure I remember well because just after that bungie made skolas In prison of elders even worse to finish and then they let everyone know they were making all year 1 content obselete and then that's when my freinds stopped playing. Within that time I would say that's when the crucibabies moaned for nerfs the most so then bungie decided to try and be clever doing all this weapon balancing crap and it hasn't worked whatsoever.

Back then. When Auto- n' fusion rifles were the meta.
