"Alright, let's do this shit." Jerven finally pressed his thumb against his screen as the sounds of Rage Against The Machine's "Killing In The Name" flooded through his ears at full blast. He pocketed his phone as the wireless earbuds played, and he shifted into a more combat reads stance with his fists in front of his face, his right leg behind him, and his left leg stepping outwards.
-
"Hell yeah." Angry's cyclops eye charges up. The gears in his body whirl even more.
-
Jerven slowly started to inch his way over to Angry as he looked up and down his body, scanning for weaknesses. He knew he must've had some loose wires or something.
-
In fact, there were some. Mostly around his legs and arms. If cut or torn out, he might lose the ability to move his limbs. There are also some around his head. Mostly in the back of his head, however. Angry points his gun at Jerven after loading it with laser rounds and begins firing.
-
Jerven wasn't expecting him to pull a gun in a fistfight, and so one by one the rounds slammed into his body and all around him, forcing him to fall back first on the ground as three lasers put burn marks on his body. It seemed Jerven was nearly dead, as he was a humanoid figure. No super speed, no magic, no augs, just flesh and bone. His life was in the hands of an Assaultron now.

Edited by Weeaboo Of War: 8/6/2016 10:52:22 PM"Holy shit. That's...new." Angry actually sounded worried. "Hold on, bucko!" Running over, Angry slammed four Stimpaks into Jerven's arm. He was about to shove a syringe full of Psycho into Jerven as well when Anri suddenly came along. "Angry, what have you...oh. Oh no..." Running over to Jerven, she pushes Angry off. "What did you do?!" "Shot him. Why?" "He's unarmed! Hold on, bud..." Angry heads back into the Dojo as Anri starts muttering some things. A light starts to surround her and Jerven, the wounds somewhat healing. Scars are left, and it still hurts like hell. "That'll do...for now..."
-
Jerven was... Well, a really stubborn mother-blam!-er by all means, so when he sat up from the ground, he sloppily stumbled towards Angry in a clumsy, injured attempt to grasp for his leg wiring.
-
"Uh..." Angry turned back, pushing Jerven away. He went into the Dojo. "I'm sorry...he's violent..."
-
"So I take it I ain't allowed in?"
-
"No, no...it's fine. I'm so sorry."
-
"Yeah, well I imagine it's a fault in his programming or something. Bye." And that was all he said. Seeing as he wasn't cleared for entry into the Dojo due to almost dying, he picked himself up off the ground, and walked off on the trail he took to get up the mountains and to the Dojo.
-
"No, wait. I can get you in...I think."
-
All movements of the figure ceased just then. He stopped dead in his tracks after her words were spoken, and Jerven turned around with a puzzled expression on his alien face.
-
"Y...Yeah. I can." Although sounding quite embarrassing about Angry, she was willing to test the newcomer. "C'mon. I'll try to get you a weapon, some armor...anything."
-
"I can handle that one." A voice said from over the wall, as a pair of firearms came over it and into Jerven's hands. It was an M1911 and an M4A1 carbine rifle, which he held in either hand after putting the pistol in his waist.
-
"Oh? Firearms. Great." Anri simply draws her sword Luck and her shield.
-
The thing about Jerven is that he was not a fan of guns, he just knew the basics. So he held the gun by the barrel, ejected the clip and charged Anri in an attempt to cave her skull in, using the gun like a club.
-
"Oh?" Anri raises her shield, the blow still knocking her back somewhat. She simply backs away.
-
When the weapon bounced off her shield as he pulled it back, Jerven spun around and tried to hit just behind the shield, in an attempt to knock it away from her.
-
Dogged contender.
The shield goes flying out of Anri's hand. She immediately counters by kicking Jerven in the stomach, as if trying to get him away but not hurt him.
-
Jerven was greeted to a blow that would knock the wind out of his alien body, but eventually he recomposed himself. For his next strike he swung low, aiming for her right knee, knowing full well that blunt force to the sides of joints could be damaging.
-
As he made contact with her knee, Anri fell to her knees, groaning. She suddenly changed fighting style, gripping her blade instead of the hilt, and using the hilt itself to slam into Jerven's ribs. Hard enough to stun him, but not enough to hurt him.
Yes, this is actually a fighting style. Holding a blade and using the hilt as a bashing or smashing weapon. Mostly used to go against heavy armor, but...it works here.
-
Jerven's most notable skill was not how he could fight, but rather how he was highly agile for a fighter. He took a step back, and away from the hilt that was coming for him.
-
Anri steadily rises, though she begins limping with her right leg. She lets out a deep breath, watching Jerven and working through the pain, and keeps using the weapon's hilt as a bludgeoning tool.
-
Jerven had an idea. So he tossed the rifle behind him and threw the pistol to the side, before he sprinted after Anri.
