Dregen Yor Thorn and his real name.
What if the return of Thorn is tied to a Quest that reveals Dregen Yor to be a Banished Iron Lord. I'm actually happy to see the Thorn return even though I'm not that fond of hand canons. After grinding that quest with a shit void weapon I am glad it's back.

Grimoire states absolutely nothing about Dredgen Yor having been an Iron Lord, but finding out his original name would be cool (at the same time it would be sad because having that mystery is cool).
