I agree there are better options.
It's just that the 2 most complained about things have DoT. Thorn and firebolts.
Even though they're both nerfed and not used anymore....

Thorn is gaining use recently. Firebolt use has gone down and I'm happy. All I'm saying is that Silimar's artifact should have a bit something extra to make it a better choice than it is, because it doesn't eliminate or reduce the duration of the burn. Just reduces the damage any burn deals.
