Imo i think when they added the bloom fuked eveathang up. Its rng every shot you take for their bs damage fall off. And the worst thing is you can stand 3ft from the guy and every body shot hit is always a different damage taken same goes with shot gun when your ads,3ft away and all shots register but all low 22-20 damage numbers. Plus the ping between you and host plays the biggest factor is ghost bullets. Thats why bungie never talks bout the lag From what i have been tracking with ping plotter is that most ghost bullets happen at the 50ms + range or any stupid crap that happens in this game for that matter. And well there is nothing on the consumer side (gamers) can do about. You can have the best internet 200mbs/10mbs but if you match with some ppl 3000km or 1500miles away its gonna be shit game. And really only takes 1guy that is too far away to decide the way the game is played out. But we know bungie thinks their sbmm is the only way to keep pvp competitive with no ranked system. If you have 200-300$to spend then buy a netduma r1 router(only if your not a networking god). It will mitigate some of the ping issues 65% of the time
