I have a feeling it is going to be a map voting/veto system as it seems to be the easiest to implement.

If i could trade custom games for anything, it would be dedicated servers.

Won't be now since bungie would have to change the algorithm for matchmaking so it connects to the server instead of the host console and lets be honest i don't think that bungie can be arsed doing that
